Our story

Life Clubs at Work started in 2010, after founder, Nina Grunfeld, was chatting to a neighbour at dinner who confessed to being worried about his burnt-out team. The team was stressed and exhausted from overwork. He wanted them to become ‘themselves’ again - creative, happy and proactive.

Nina suggested that her local Life Clubs programmes could help and her neighbour agreed to give them a try. The experiment was a great success and from that moment Nina decided to take her programmes into the workplace.

Life Clubs at Work hasn’t looked back.
