As well as running Life Clubs programmes HarperCollins wanted to be able to extend coaching to all staff, not just to the leadership team.

We worked together with HarperCollins to come up with a Speed Coaching programme to make coaching accessible and affordable for all. Each session was 25-minutes and the participants came along with a clear, well-defined issue they wanted to solve.
