Vericore, part of Novartis Animal Health, was undergoing a huge down-sizing and had noticed there had been a shift in morale. They wanted to think about both the effect the redundancies were having on both colleagues and those leaving.

They ran two simultaneous programmes - for those staying and those leaving.
